Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SquareBoat (Gurgaon, Haryana).
Entrevista
Called me to their office and handed me over a huge WRITTEN test. Which had aptitude and GK and english grammar questions. And it was quite long. Took me around 1.5 hours on the written test alone.
Then asked me to code a small weather app which i was able to do in 15 minutes.
It had one bug which their own developer could not debug.
Then made me wait 1 hour for another round with the Tech Lead. The guy asked me a DSA question and then 10-15 domain specific flutter questions.
For founder round they said that founder is not available today and asked me to come 2 days later.
When I showed up they made me wait 1 more hour.
The founder asked basic tech questions like MongoDB vs SQL and then about my notice period.
Here comes the bad part
They started ghosting me after asking all my documents.
I took 2 offs. Came all the way to their office , twice. Completed all rounds only to get ghosted.
I have also heard that they lowball pretty hard.
Btw all they give you is M1 macbooks air, nothing fancy.
Also saw that they have been posting for the same role since 3 months.
Avoid this fishy company.

I went through multiple rounds: the first offline round in Gurugram with basic MCQs (like the capital of Nepal, President of India, simple DSA questions such as finding the max and second max element in an array, a question on how the internet works, and one on database design). After that, I was asked to create an API for a social media platform.
Then came the online round, which was quite tough — it included several scenario-based questions on security and system design, along with a DSA problem on prefix sums.
Later, they called me again for an in-person technical interview, where I had to solve a problem on counting consecutive characters in a string and answer more system design questions. The final round was with the CEO, who focused on SQL.
After all that, they offered just 6 LPA fixed and 0.5 variable. It felt really disappointing to go through so many rounds and spend two working days, only to find out they didn’t have the budget. They could have discussed the salary range beforehand instead of wasting so much time.
