Honestly the worst recruiter and worst interview experience ever. During the initial phone screening, the recruiter dismissed the relevance of my related Master’s degree and internships, and barely allowed time for my questions. It was evident she lacked understanding of the hiring team's needs and the ideal candidate profile when she couldn't answer the basic questions or pronounce the hiring manager's name. In one instance, she contacted me on a Friday and demanded an interview on Monday. After a few rounds, I received an automated rejection, which wasn’t surprising given the interview experiences shared by others. This company fails to recognize that interviews are a two-way street, and that says a lot.

HR Phone screen - It takes about a month after the initial phone call to let me know they want to schedule a second round with the hiring manager. They said the hiring manager wasn't available so they paused the interviewing process, which is apparently a lie. HM video call - It's an interview scheduled for 45 minutes but the hiring manager got it done in less than 30 minutes. In the first minute of the interview, I noticed the interviewer had no interest and passion to talk to me and get to know my experience. She performed bored and I felt like she was interviewing me just because she had to do it. I received the rejection two days after the talk with HM, which isn't surprising a all. I jus feel it's a big waste of my time.
