shocking poorly asked questions and the company seems to be going down the drain there appeared to be a real lack of leadership across the board I recommend anyone going for a job at this company to reconsider

Entrevista
Extremely poor and unprofessional from start to finish. EMEA leadership didn’t seem to understand the role they were interviewing for, nor the type of candidate they required. I was unable to obtain any information from them on the interview process, format or what to prepare.
Despite all this, I advanced to the final stage, which involved a video interview with the leadership in Australia. They didn't bother to show up. They didn’t bother to communicate any reason as to why he was a no-show. EMEA leadership was silent on this also. Someone else stepped in to lead the interview, and they proceeded to talk for the first 30 minutes about their role and vision, etc., and then hastily asked some questions of me towards the end.
I never heard from them despite my chasing for any next steps or feedback.
3 months later the in-house recruiter got back in touch with me, entirely out of the blue, and explained that they were sorry for not communicating with me after the previous final interview and went on to share that since then the person who had interviewed me had left the business and that they would like to "try again" with me and this time fast track the process...
So, I sat another interview with leadership, which went well [they’re feedback], and this time I was going to have do ANOTHER final stage interview with leadership in the USA, despite this being a UK based and focussed role.
So I waited.... and I waited... and so I chased [leadership] after 2 weeks of not hearing anything, to which I got the reply "sorry I've been on holiday, I'll copy you in with the president of sales and we'll get this in the diary". And, so I waited.... and chased.... never saw an email and never got a further reply from the leadership or anyone within the company, despite me emailing over the course of 3-4 weeks.
And, I have yet to receive any further comms. Just beyond poor professionalism, it borders on shambles and plain old rudeness.
This is not a serious organisation, and these are not serious people. Avoid at all costs and don't waste your time.

Entrevista
Took several weeks to get a response to my application. During the interview I was asked some questions about my full CV with past examples. The hiring staff found not have been bothered look at my presentation or portfolio. Generally focusing on time tables and fast turnarounds almost akin to a pressure cooker with no direction or focus.
I’d say the described work environment isn’t worth any developers time, junior or senior. Plans require research and input and of the questions I asked nobody seemed to be able to give a straight and honest answer.
Some of the questions asked were answered right on my resume but they asked anyways almost as if they were using AI to screen and did not read anything provided to them.
