Applied online, received a call, scheduled for interview, interview done with Panel, got the job offer, submit required documents (resume, medical, etc), background check, orientation then training. After a month of training, facility orientation was scheduled then actual work started after a month.

Had an initial interview with a manager. The manager asked basic questions (why do want to be a registrar?, what are some of your weaknesses, what are your strengths. Met with the director immediately after. The director tried to make it seem like it was a position for a rocket scientist. Two weeks later, I had another phone interview with another manager and a peer interview about a month after that. They all asked the same questions.
