Met the director for a chat before the interview, which was strange as it was an entry level role. Then had a normal Q&A with the two managers i would be working with, which lasted for about 45 minutes. They were helpful in the interview in encouraging answers (but sadly they no longer work there) The next day they called offering me the job.
