Phone interview within 5 days of applying, lasted 60 minutes and casual with no skill based questions and scheduled a panel interview 2 weeks later. Panel consisted of 8-9 team members, some had no video at all, some joined late and others left early, and it lasted 1 hour. Heard back couple days later to await their decision and was never heard from again. Disorganized, lacking communication, and unprofessional.
