I interviewed for Seniors unit on west 5th.They hire you if you are the right candidate and willing to perform the job as described during interview.Very easy going interview and honest interview.
Are you ok with changing diapers all day and giving showers because our psw don't do all the care.You have 24 patient not 3 patient for care.Are you ok to work in long term care setting?Are you ok with feeding patients and serving food in the dinning room? Are you able to work in fast face environment including lifting patients and heavy care?
