A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about this position, talked to him formally on phone about experience and position. Followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager and team members. The phone interview was very technical and in detail. Asked for sample projects and example code. It was the most crucial step as it helped the hiring manager to decide to move forward. Rest of the process was easy. They invited me for an on-site interview. It was hassle free travel, day-long interview with presentation and 1-1 interview with 6-7 people. Very well organized process and welcoming people. Got offer after 1-2 weeks. After that, the hiring process was smooth.
