Was an excellent and well organized interview process. Started with a phone interview and then a 3-day on site interview with many members of prospective departments including PIs, post-docs, staff scientists students, and technicians.

The HR introduced me to a professor that would like to interview me, then it took a month to set up the formal interview. I talked for 30mins and then answer questions from 8 scientists for 10-15mins

one day interview, and they put a tight schedule, they ask questions after you presentation, so it is pretty subjective questions and it is very competitive and organized good lu ck with your inter view
