The process took about 2-3 months. Started with a HireVue recorded video interview. After 2 weeks i had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. 2 weeks after, i had a panel interview which was broken down into 6 separate 1:1 sessions with team members then one month of silence before receiving a reply to my follow-up email from the hiring manager that another candidate got the job. The whole process was well organized and the team members were friendly, informative, and professional. My only concern is the lack of communication after my panel interview.

Applied online, had first initial phone interview with recruiter, then another phone interview with the one helping the hiring for the doctor. Second phone interview was rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, and one of the two individuals did not show up to the call. Initial response to online application was quick, but became much less responsive after it left the recruiter, and after the second phone interview silence.
