I had a comprehensive interview process at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which involved multiple stages. Initially, I interviewed with Human Resources, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the role and my qualifications. After advancing in the process, I participated in a full-day on-site interview, where I met with at least 15 team members across different departments. This allowed for extensive discussions about my skills and how I could contribute to their research efforts. Despite this thorough process and my qualifications, I was ultimately not selected for the position.
