This hiring process at St. Luke’s is a joke! The recruiters take forever to get in touch with you, if they ever even do. Sometimes you just never hear anything at all. Sometimes you get impersonal emails to let you know you didn’t get the job after you interview multiple times. It takes forever to hear anything, so you are left wondering for weeks what is actually going on. Then, if you are lucky enough to actually hear back from anyone, they don’t really have any answers for what is going on with the job. The interview was also strange, I didn’t realize there would be 4 people at my interview, and it caught me off guard.

Entrevista
After you apply online you get to watch the status of your application. You'll first get a on the phone interview with an HR rep. They ask you experience, hardships, expectations, give basic job over view and tell you what to expect next. After that if they like you, you will then have an in person interview with 1 or 2 reps, either together or separately in a huge room with 30 other people. This was during a huge hiring process they did in 2016. If they want you then you will get a call after this. They focus on a lot of team building exercises so you'll learn who the other people in the room are. They make it a very enjoyable experience.

All applications are submitted online. Process is long due to the number of applications, they have the luxury of picking and choosing. It is best to have a referral from someone who works for the system.
