I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within the hour. He was very friendly and informative. We set up an interview. It was an interview with myself and two others. They were very kind and easy to talk to. We had a great discussion and I asked for a tour of the unit before I left.

hired as a new grad, interview process was fairly simple, and the training was actually pretty decent. Required shadowing for a few months, the only downside was that you were thrown into patient care even if you didn't feel ready for it.
