I recently went through an extensive interview process, and while I appreciated the opportunity to meet with the team, the experience ultimately left me frustrated due to a lack of transparency in the final decision. The process consisted of multiple rounds, including initial screening, technical assessments, behavioral interviews, case studies, etc., each requiring significant time and preparation. The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable, and I had positive interactions throughout. However, after reaching the final round, I was informed that they had "decided to move forward with other candidates" without any specific feedback or reasoning. Given the length and depth of the process, it would have been helpful to receive more clarity on why I was not selected. Constructive feedback would have made the experience more valuable and demonstrated respect for the time and effort candidates invest. Overall, while the company seems to have a rigorous hiring process, the lack of transparency in the final decision left a negative impression. I would advise future candidates to set expectations accordingly and ask for feedback proactively.
