I have been called after a first linkedin profile hit. The phone call was quick and informal and the interviewer was nice. It was the start of the profiling process to be hopefully then matched with a relevant offer

Approached on LinkedIn, and then had calls on Google Hangout. The first round was good, but following rounds were very lengthy and going around in circles with little constructive feedback. Questions were answered well with much preparation, but still yielded little satisfaction from the interviewers who kept repeating the questions once answered. After following up after the interview multiple times, they didn’t respond once, not with feedback or even a rejection email.
