I applied online and they sent me an email. I was told that this "serves as a conditional offer of hire" (red flag) and I had to fill out an application to be considered for hire. I looked at the application and they were asking for way too much person information , before I even had an interview/got hired (2nd red flag). I ended up filling out the application and I after I submitted it, I received a text/email from "AllyO" to schedule an interview for the job... cool... the only problem is that they wanted me to do an on-site interview in a DIFFERENT state??? (third red flag). After this point, I just emailed them to delete my account and any information they have about me.
