The process was okay and was kind of short as expected because back then in 2005, I was the one that wrote the ICT Documentation that got them the License to run the Pension Fund Administration, then, was I was the Group Head, Information Technology. So, there was that familiarity about my capability and performance before I left them to for another PFA who got the license before them was there.
