Did psychometric Test
Two weeks later I had a telephonic Interview. Other students from different varsities were interviewed by three people consecutively, face to face.
I was then offered an internship at the headquarters in JHB.
We were accommodated in their training facility.
We rotated in 3 departments (one per week) and presented at the end of each rotation.
I submitted 3 week feedback email and chose a department I would like to apply to (officially) thereafter.

It was good. It took a process of 3 months. Interviews were great ans felt like a conversation. I was very comfortable and thr the panel made every thing easy for me

Great interview experience. I had to present a case study I had been given to the panel, they had questions about my thought process when solving the case at hand. They then asked a few technical questions relating to the role, followed by formal questions and asked if I had any questions. The whole idea is to understand your thinking patterns and ability to think on the spot. Great experience, I felt right at home. The trick is to just relax and keep the conversation going - don't let it be one-sided.

The interview process was very conversational. the questions where not hard at all, you just need to know more about the position you had applied for, they had asked me a concept regarding Behavioral science
