First you take a psychometric test on problem-solving, numerical and verbal ability and following a task instruction process. If you pass that, the next step is the online video interview, and then if you make it past that: in-person.

First round panel interview on teams in April psychometric tests and background checks in June, follow up case study interview in July. After that, completely ghosted even after contacting multiple times for feedback. Very uncool to ghost after going through months of high-effort interview processes.
