For QA Automation Chapter Lead the focus on both the rounds are 90% oriented towards team management and process rather than hard core technical.
Typical questions include:
1. Describe your daily routine as a teach team lead in your current job
2. What is your overall team leading experience
3. What is the largest and most complex team you have led so far, explain the challenges
4. Describe the role of a QA Leader

Entrevista
Interview experience was really bad, the way the recruiter handled it was even bad.
My first round of interview was hacker rank round, where couple of DSA questions along with a project which includes REST implementation was there.
My second round was a technical round that happened a week later. It was usual questions on Java and related tech stack.
I frequently followed up, but the recruiter kept on telling he will update.
After a month they came back saying the first round was cleared and they want to do the next rounds as well.
My third round was also technical plus design , and it went good. I followed up with the recruiter almost three weeks, only to hear they will update then they left it.
I am sure i am not selected, or they might wake after 3 months and say I am selected! Whatever the "standard" or Standard Chartered recruiting team is very low, and one can always guess what the company culture be like .
