Entrevista
Two tests; one for logic and one for numerical reasoning. Pretty simple and they also give you a practice test.
After you pass the tests, you move on to the video interview and answer behavioral questions (How do you deal with failure, etc)
Then, physical interview

During superday, you have three interviews. First two are mix of behavioral and technical questions about the financial markets and probability questions. You are given a topic to give a presentation on for the third interview.

It was on Hirevue and took a while. The questions were mainly behavioral and because it was just me, it wasn't as nerve-wracking as other interviews with actual recruiters on the line. There was some time to pause and think about the questions before answering.

Entrevista
Honestly, the best I've had so far.
They don't give online assessment that usually work as a pressure cooker. They give a game and allow you to think through in a more relaxed environment and the game results tell you what you're good at, not crushing your spirit about what you're not.
More companies should honestly employ this.
I haven't gotten a response yet, but I loved the process.
