Interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore in 2023. The process took more than a month but no one from their regional HR bothered to get back back to update on the status of the application despite few rounds of interview. It was left open ended. The overall experience could have been better handled as this hiring is for a senior position after all. Radio silence and "ghosting" does not reflect very well for such an established bank.

Values based assessment which needed to be completed within 48 hours. This was then followed by three rounds interviews. Interactive and engaging interviews - felt I got to know them as people. HR was keeping me updated every step of the way and made the process smooth.
