10 minutes for presentation with the topic of innovation in banking industry. 10 minutes for walking through CV and QA 10 minutes introduction of summer internship programme. Interviewer includes human resource manager, consumer and private business banking manager, Product manager as well as wealth management product manager

Long interview process. Application opened in January. Hirevue in February after online aptitude tests. First interviews in March. Three interviews:
Round 1: Motivational Fit Interview
Round 2: Behavioral Competency Framework Interview
Round 3: Presentation Exercise
All of these were 15 minutes. Rather badly managed, too short of a time to demonstrate much.
Next was a final interview. Also 15 minutes. Same questions as previous three interviews were asked. Little to no logic or development of questions. No technical questions either.
