- Apply online
- Receive call back from hiring manager. Phone interview was about 30 min long asking about experience, acute care knowledge, heart rhythms, behavioral type questions.
- Interview one week later. Interview was panel of 4 assistant managers. I went through my resume and they asked behavioral-type questions. They also set-up clinical questions for you to explain. Total was about one hour.
- Received email back two weeks later. Unfortunately did not get the position, but overall was a professional experience. Stanford has high expectations after all

Entrevista
It was a panel interview with three others, and four managers with an interview facilitator. They took turns asking each candidate a question, and everyone received the same four questions. The questions were all behavioral, worded "Tell us about a time when...".
