The interview process involved multiple phone screening interviews, a panel interview, and a meeting with the actual hiring manager. A few days later I was asked to speak with the hiring manager's boss (Sr. Director). I was told I would hear back with their decision soon. Well, it has been months without a word. This lack of follow through and common decency to follow-up with someone who has gone through numerous interview rounds is definitely not what I expected from this organization. However, I was glad they showed me this side of their culture, which I want no part of.
