New Grads must go through a rigorous and competitive hiring process. It starts with a phone interview, then there are group interviews, and then you interview in different departments in front of a panel. Be as polished as possible. Many good candidates don't make it. So, don't feel bad if that's you. Good luck.

Behavioral interview with 4 other candidates and gets to answer 4 questions in total taking turns. Approximately last one hour and gets 2 minutes to answer each question. 4 behavioral questions and have to explain using STAR methods

Entrevista
It was a panel interview with three others, and four managers with an interview facilitator. They took turns asking each candidate a question, and everyone received the same four questions. The questions were all behavioral, worded "Tell us about a time when...".
