The interview was three separate rounds including a call screen, initial interview with the manager, and finally group interview (remote). While the process itself wasn't bad, I discovered that they actually wanted a developer AND system administrator for their visualization platform. While there are people who can certainly do both, the system admin job was nowhere mentioned in the description. Nor was it alluded to at any time prior to the group interview. Overall this made the process confusing and ultimately not a good fit for either party.
