Applied online through Stanford jobs. Recieved email a few weeks later asking me to set up phone interview. Nailed phone interview and was invited to campus (via follow up email, not on the phone) On campus met with panel. Interviewed with 3 and then 2 people. They said they did this to break things up and make it less overwhelming but it resulted in me being asked the same questions more than once. I didn't do all that great at this in person interview due to being rusty at interviews but the people were super nice and knowledgeable. About a week later I received my sparkling rejection letter, but I appreciated how quickly they got back to me.
