The interviewer did not ask any questions about my work history, interviewer did ask several times why I wanted to work at University. Interviewer seemed distracted and not interested in the interview. Interviewer said she would get back to me in two days either way, never heard back from person I interviewed with.

Applied online, didn't hear anything for about a month and a half. Had a 45 minute phone screening interview (every question was a "tell me a time..." prompt), a 6 person panel interview on zoom about a week after the initial screening (questions were similar to the screening questions), then an hour and a half 1 on 1 in person "interview" (was more of a get to know you, see if personalities mesh chat) a week after the panel. Received an offer 2 days after the in person interview. Background check and onboarding took almost 3 weeks. My first day was 3 months to the day since my initial application. Luckily I could afford to wait the LONG hiring/onboarding process out, but I don't know how they expect people who need jobs asap to wait 3 months. The offer was quite fair, in my opinion - closer to the top end of the range shown on the ad.
