The role appeared to be a strong opportunity and a solid match for my experience. I had productive conversations and felt there was meaningful alignment. However, the process became frustrating in the later stages due to inconsistent communication, long gaps in follow-up, and limited clarity on timing and next steps. When candidates invest significant time in multiple interviews, basic communication and timeline discipline matter. The company would improve the experience considerably by keeping candidates updated and ensuring internal alignment before moving people deep into the process.
