Going to the headquarters while waiting for my interview, there was a lot of pamphlets. Was good to have a better idea of what the company does and the services they offer. After waiting, i went into a room with two people. One was the training manager and one the general manager. For the interview they gave me a general insight on the company, their experience with the company, the benefits, what a typical work day is like, how the pay is calculated, opportunities to move up. Very informative. They asked a couple questions to see if ur goal align with the company. Like, are you trying to go full or part time, Would the indefinite closing time be a problem, transportation, what are your goals why did you apply. At the end of the interview they ask if youre still interested, need time to think about it, or decline the job. Until they the interview did not continue further. Maybe 10-15 minutes altogether. Very easy and comfortable
