Sent my resume, cover letter and reference list via Craigslist, also posted resume on company website. Received a call from office manager within one week to come in for the interview with no additional phone screening from HR. Interview was with four Project Mangers including office manager in the conference room. All interviewers were friendly and seemed to have questions already written down ahead of time. Most questions were standard such as "tell me about yourself", or "what did you do at your previous company." Other questions were more technical and directly related to the job. Also had an evaluation form where I was asked to rate my communication and organizational skills on a scale from 1 to 10. Overall, interview lasted about one hour.
