I was disappointed with my recent interview experience with Stantec Middle East. "Qatar"
As a senior engineer with over 15 years of experience, I expected a structured and professional discussion. However, the interview lasted only 25 minutes because one of the interviewers needed to attend another meeting. This made the conversation feel rushed and gave the impression that adequate time had not been allocated for the interview.
For a management-level panel, I anticipated better preparation and time management. The limited duration did not allow for a meaningful discussion of technical expertise, leadership experience, or problem-solving capabilities.
The process left me questioning how candidates are evaluated and whether sufficient emphasis is placed on merit, depth of experience, and technical competency.
I hope the organization reviews its interview scheduling and ensures future candidates are given appropriate time and professional consideration.
