Met with the process engineering manager and HR person in the Edmonton office. The interview was about an hour. The manager asked the questions and the HR person talked about culture and benefits.

Talk about a time you had to multi-task two projects that had the same deadline.
Simple process. A phone call with a Recruiter, then a Teams call with the hiring manager. Then an hour-long panel round with a few other people on the team, Projects/Process teams. The overall process took close to 3 weeks until the offer.

They asked me about the kind of projects I am interested in working on and the best kind of project I would like to work on.

Quick call with HR rep then informal interview with sector lead. Questions were mixed between situational and more straightforward questions on my experience and background. Interviewer talked a lot about the role and the company structure and growth plans.
