Entrevista
It was very laid back and more of a conversation. There was first a phone interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager and one other employee that would be working in my group. The interview was more of a discussion about my goals and where I see myself in 1, 5 and 10 years. They asked why I wanted to work for the company.

The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
They focused on my technical background, learning ability, and how I approach real projects, not just on perfect answers.
I appreciated that they explained the role clearly and gave me a good understanding of the team and the work environment.
Overall, it felt respectful, supportive, and focused on long-term growth.

Entrevista
After the second interview, I found out they selected a candidate who had a referral from a current employee. It was unfair! I think they mostly select candidate from internal connection.

Describe a situation that you need to handle the project at risk? what was your action
2 step interview process. First interview was with the hiring manager that is moving out of the role and second interview was with same manager and a few other colleagues.
After the second interview, I was ghosted. All emails and phone calls to the recruiter have been unanswered. The team seems pretty nice but previous reviews stated that the same team/department also ghosted them after the interviews.
