Entrevista
Screening call with HR person followed by single interview with direct supervisors. Standard interview questions (motivation for applying, weaknesses, willingness to work in field, experience in similar roles, etc.), with an explanation of the demands of the job.

2 interview one by telephone and the second by zoom a lot of question and should be flexible to get the good results. more question for experiences and skills a little for education
