It was smooth, the interviewer had good energy, which made me to feel more comfortable during the interview process. They started off asking me a few general questions and then asked me to go through my portfolio.

The interview was great, I had two interviewers who were both designers at the firm, very kind and easygoing. The interview took about an hour between conversations about me, going through my portfolio, and asking questions about Stantec. Great experience.

Phone interview screener before going into a more formal video interview. The interviewer asked questions about my work experiences and relevant credentials. They had me elaborate on my interests and where I saw myself contributing to the company.
