Bunch of the typical interview questions for any job. As long as you have answers and examples known to memory it should be no issue. Examples: How do you handle workplace conflict? Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned. How do you prioritize your work? Describe a time you performed well under pressure.

In person interview. One with AM and one with GM in the same day. The GM was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL especially with one of the questions I asked him was, "Why did you want to work for Staples." His response was, "My dad made me get a job, and I needed beer money." Not the answer a prospective employee wants to hear... The AM on the other hand was WAY more professional than the GM. Actually asked questions about my experience and told him his view points on the company. I also followed up multiple times, and have not heard back from them.

I was called in for an interview. It lasted about 30-45 minutes. It was very informal. We sat in the display chairs in the back of the store. The interview started with him saying that particular position was filled, in-house promotion, but that they needed a Tech Supervisor. He asked me why I wanted to work at Staples and what someone with my resume was doing in Beckley, WV. He explained what the job would be like and asked me a few technology questions. He showed me around the store and explained some of the products and their specifications. He said he felt like I would be a good fit for the position and would schedule me for an interview and if I passed that then I would be interviewed one more time. He said I needed to go up the ladder because this is a key-holder position. The interview went very well and he said he would call me to let me know when the next interview would be. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get a call. I have noticed this with West Virginia job interviews. They do not inform you of anything. I guess only if you get the job, but if you don't, you will stay in limbo thinking your application is still going. That is very rude in my book and not professional. The least people can do is make a phone call or shoot up an email. Takes about a second.
