Hiring process was smooth. In person interview, then phone interview (depends on where regional manager is located, ride along, then background check. Just make sure you are open to a lot of driving and willing to work independently on the road

It was a 2-step interview process. I had my first interview with the recruiter that reached out to me and then my next interview was with the direct manager. It was a smooth process probably because I was referred by an employee.

It was a long process, had a total of 5 interviews for the outside b2b Sales position. 3 phone 2 in person. They want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit as the job requires you to be very self motivated
