The process went okay, it was a hiring event so a lot of people were waiting to interview for the same position. I didn't get the job, and I noticed they reposted the job on their site after the event, so it looks like no one got the job. I think it really came down to how much retail experience you have. I had less than a year and they wanted someone with 3+.

I applied online with a resume and got a phone call for an interview (one on one) the same week. They told me they would discuss the hiring decision for the position with another manager and then give me a call. I got offered a position a day later by another manager. Once they did a background check, I started a week later.
