Entrevista
Interview process took almost three months and involved 4 different people. Process was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Completed 2 interviews then heard nothing for three weeks. Tried to reach out to the HR person i'd interviewed with, no response. After the three weeks I received a rejection form letter/email.
Three weeks later I received a call to schedule my third interview. No one could tell me why I'd received a rejection email. After the third interview there was almost a two week wait until my final interview with the regional manager. Went very well, overall positive. This was on a Monday, he promised me a prompt answer by Friday. Heard nothing from anyone for a month. Reached out to pretty much everyone I'd interviewed with, no response. It wasn't until I managed to get an email to the regional manager that I received a rejection email. The exact same rejection email I'd received almost two months earlier.
4 months later I received a request to interview with the company by a different district manager. She had no clue what I'd already gone through. This company is a unbelievably unprofessional, organizational dumpster fire.

Interview, then wait for three days to see if you are selected to talk to the district manager, then pass that and someone will talk to you about salary and job offer.
Simple wanting to know your knowledge of retail and people management. Asked about how you would drive sales. Asked about different knowledge of technology background. Asked about developing the business model for the copy center

Entrevista
The interview process was 3 steps. It was with the general manager and 2 other higher ups. They were all nice people and asked fair questions. I got good vibes from them all and they were easy to have a conversation with.
