I applied online to several store locations and got called in for an initial interview followed by a second interview with head of department. The process Wass pretty transparent. got called back after like 2 weeks.

Straight forward and pretty easy. I applied online and was given a call to come in for an interview. after the interview interview I was offered the position and accepted. the manager interviewing me was reasonable and was able to accommodate my schedule.

Apply Online, Schedule in person. Waited a few minutes for a manager to have free time to meet with me. Taken to their office. Asked a few questions and went over my resume and the job responsibilities.
