In person interview initially with the assistant manager of the store. Afterwards, if they want to move forward you have a brief interview with the manager which may take place that same day or another if the manager is busy or not in.

'How would you handle the following situations?'
What followed was the run of the mill scenarios involving working on a task then encountering a customer, how to deal with an angry customer, and what you would do during a busy rush and needed help.
Most of the questions centered around this kind of formula, as they are there to figure out how you would react to the everyday events of the job. Otherwise, there were a few questions regarding past experience, how they would be relevant, education, questions about info you put on the application, and then questions about why you wanted the job.

when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
