It was pretty straightforward. It's a 3 interview process. The first is an interview with the hiring manager going over the basics of the position and my background. The second and third are on the same day. The second was with a few other candidates. They just went over the company and position in more detail. The third was another individual meeting with the hiring manager to follow up on any last questions, as well as discussing salary.
