Easy. Just 2 basic questions. You also do a a spelling and grammar quiz. It's very easy, though. Example question: Which one of these words is spelled correctly?
The company has a non-compete clause (if you are fired or you quit/resign, you can't work for another contract security company for 12 months , and you may only work with a written waiver issued by Star Protection) and it doesn't give holiday pay, sick days and pay, and vacation days and pay to full time hourly employees. Also, being one minute late is enough for "separation of employment". I disagreed with the non-compete and no holiday pay and etc policies and spoke to the president of the company (He was in the office). He thought I was uneducated and tried to speak to me like I was stupid. He lied and stated the opposite of the polices and tried, and when I called him out and corrected him about his polices and told him I was graduating with a degree, he was put on hush mouth and knew I was intelligent. He was very disrespectful.
Do not work here unless you want to be a slave.
