The interview process spanned for 4 weeks with 2 coding rounds based on work experience, 1 design round and 2-3 senior leadership discussion rounds. All the rounds were based on real work scenarios and required in-depth knowledge to handle the same. Second Coding Round: This round was similar to the first, focusing on coding and problem-solving. Third Round (HLD - System Design): This interview focused on the scalability of systems, requiring you to demonstrate your understanding of high-level design. Fourth Round with an Engineering Manager: You were asked a range of technical questions related to your resume, particularly about Redis and Kafka, and were asked to provide an in-depth explanation of a recent project. Fifth Round: This was focused on values and cultural fitment.
