Waited roughly 3-4 weeks for the Skype interview that was arranged by my agent and finally got the date for the actual interview with the assistant HR Shanghai operations. After the interview within 2 hours i got the answer that i had passed the 1st interview and was arranged a 2nd interview with the senior district manager which is set after 2 weeks after the 1st interview. Miscommunication happened during the initial date for my 2nd interview as my agent didn’t give a proper instruction that the interview had to be done through a conference call. I emailed the assistant HR to setup another interview as i had explain my situation and shes happily set me up another interview the week after. soon after i got the invitation for my reschedule of the interview. However on the date mention of the interview i had waited on the conferance line for 30 mins and theres no one on the other end, i email again the assistant HR and she mention that the DM had missed out on the interview however they set me up for another interview the day after. But above all of the things that happened they are very professional and assisting me in all way possible.
