I saw an ad posted on craigslist saying these locations were hiring and I immediately applied. Three hours later, I got a call from the store manager asking to schedule an interview at their store. As I read from others, they offered you a drink on the house during the interview while you wait for the manager to come out. The interview lasted around 20minutes and started off with her confirming my availability (which i even agreed to stay late for closings). Then came 4-5 behavioural/scenario questions that all started off with "give me a time when...". As I have read on this site the possibility of questions, I felt that I performed well as I responded instantly and confidently. The interview itself was relaxing and I thought I had passed the interview with the manager, and she said she'd let me know the next day or two whether I got the job or not after screening other applicants. Unfortunately I have not heard back from her at all, and not only that I still see her posting the ad up two weeks after my interview (AND her locations having a job fair too).
