The hiring and interview process is very simple and direct. Once you submit your online application, you can either wait for a phone call from the store, or actually go to the store to make an impression to the manager, therefore increasing your chances of being hired. Once you get interviewed, them asking common interview questions, they will tell you your hourly pay, which is the clear indication that you're hired.

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
