Although there are some questions about why Mariano's? Although it applies to Starbucks, the store was inside a Mariano's, so the questions were more focused on Mariano's.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
